In order to position resmio as an independent, transparent expert for digitalization in the hospitality industry and as a flexible, young provider of management solutions, we primarily address trade media in the hospitality industry as well as business and general interest media. We establish the CEO of resmio, Christian Bauer, through background discussions and trend forecasts as an expert for automation and the associated relief for the hospitality industry, which has been severely affected by the corona pandemic.


With its relatively small team, resmio is more of an underdog in the diverse range of reservation platforms. Competitors were already established on the market with their strong brands. Since Christian Bauer took over resmio as the new CEO in 2017, a lot of restructuring has taken place. In the course of this, the original founders are no longer on board. However, Christian Bauer could also be positioned as a credible expert. His 30 years of active gastronomic experience give him an excellent understanding of the needs of his customers.
