Mission

The goal of our PR work is to position kollex as a digital intermediary between restaurateurs and suppliers and as an efficient ordering platform that drives the digitization of the industry. To this end, the company is primarily targeting trade media in the hospitality industry and the beverage trade. Lothar Menge, Sales Director and Managing Director of kollex, will be positioned as an expert for the hospitality and beverage market and the digitization of precisely this through studies, trend forecasts and background discussions. Especially in times of shortage of skilled workers, we can draw attention to kollex as a helper and a practical solution for Gastronom:innen.

Challenge

As a joint venture of leading players in the beverage industry, kollex’s reputation is tied to the companies behind it. There is also a restriction on the range of topics, as the focus of a beverage ordering platform is predominantly on beverages, food and non-food. However, we have already been able to counteract this and also play other catering themes. Trends have done particularly well in this respect. We were also able to establish Lothar Menge, who was previously unknown to the media, as an expert with many years of experience in the industry and as an interface between the catering industry and manufacturers.
