ProvenExpert.com combines qualified customer feedback and rating aggregation in a unique online service. The software-as-a-service solution enables service providers, self-employed professionals and companies to focus on the most important quality criterion – customer satisfaction – collect and evaluate qualified feedback and publish it to attract new customers.

Mission

Introduction and positioning as an online tool for managing customer satisfaction and recommendation marketing, positioning of managing director Remo Fyda as an expert for topics like customer satisfaction, quality control, online reviews and recommendation marketing

Within 3.5 years, we achieved over 320 publications in print and online media. We also generated over 100 links to ProvenExpert.com.

PR generated positive ground noise in relevant media and increased awareness among service providers. In 2015, visual branding was sharpened with more infographics. The company was positioned in trade media and is a household name to relevant key media.

ProvenExpert was a sought-after interview partner at the DKM – trade fair for the finance & insurance industry.

The company was able to conclude many cooperations and partnerships, such as cooperations with Barmenia or VPV-Versicherung.

In addition, the media buzz surrounding the acquisition of the Trainerranking platform was extremely satisfactory. Through this acquisition, ProvenExpert.com has become the largest platform for trainers, coaches and teachers.
