Mission

Launching Tresorit as an alternative to the retired competitor wuala, focusing attention to keymedia and presenting as the European specialist concerning safe cloud storages. Positioning Tresorit as an expert and advisor for safe data-storage.

Challenges

Even though there is a big cloud service market, big brands like Dropbox, Amazon web services or Google Drive are playing a big role in user`s perception. Putting Tresorit as an alternative cloud service on the agenda and focusing on private and business data-safety.

We generated more than 100 publications in print and online media, in addition to that there were numerous direct links to the landing page. Expert articles by Tresorit are published in trade press (such as absatzwirtschaft, Cloud Computing Insider, Computer Partner, content manager) and have been published by entrepreneurship media outlets like deutsche startups. The highlight clippings while our cooperation were IT Mittelstand, Handelsblatt, Meedia, msn Schweiz, web & mobile DEVELOPER und WirtschaftsWoche Online.

Indirect impact: The founder Istvan Lam has been voted from the forbes “30 under 30”. Many renowned media were mentioning Tresorit as a secure solution for data transfer, e.g. ComputerBILD, Mac & I, Blick.ch, CHIP Online, Heise Online und Schieb.
