The subsidiary kununu is currently the market leader in Europe with 4.7 million ratings and almost 1 million business profiles. The portal gives former and current employees the opportunity to rate their employers and is thus also an important recruiting tool. If companies cannot be found on these platforms, they are giving away the opportunity to inform interested parties about their own value culture, the prevailing working atmosphere, important benefits and team cohesion.
